LEAGUE COMMITTEE'S WORK INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE TO BE HELD Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright • GENEVA, July 3. (Received July 4, at 12.5 p.m.) The Advisory Committee ou the traffic in opium and other dangerous drugs adopted the report to the Council giving the results of the work. The most important result will probably be a new stop forward in the preparation of a conference for the limitation and control of opium poppy cultivation and raw opium production. The committee adopted a resolution again drawing the attention of the Council to the serious nature of the drug situation in the Far East, and asking that the Governments interested be requested to take very energetic steps to remedy it.
