LIVED ON RAW DEER FLESH STUCK FEET IN CARCASSES FOR WARMTH [Per United Press Association.] PALMERSTON N., June 20.. The two young men who had been missing in the hills since Saturday •were brought out late ; to-night by searchers, none the worse for their experience except that they were famished and stiff with cold. Their plight over the week-end was due to the flooded state of the stream they were following _ forcing them to turn hack into the nills to seek another way out. - They shot deer for food, eating the raw flesh and sticking their feet inside' the carcasses overnight to keep themselves warm.
