THE PENANG
UNEVENTFUL TOW FROM PORT REPAIRS MAY OCCUPY A MONTH The Penang was brought to Dunedin this morning, and was berthed 1 at the Victoria wharf shortly after 10 o’clock. Tho tug left Port Chalmers with the disabled barque about 8.30 a.ni., the tow being completed without incident under ideal conditions. The dredge Otakou was used with the tug to manoeuvre the Penang into her berth at the Victoria wharf, this tricky operation being followed with close interest by a large number of spectators.
