(Received June 2, at 2 p.m.) 'Abandoning hope of the safe return of Jimmy Cash, and there being no ivord from the kidnappers for 30 horns, hundreds of citizens undertook a grim manhunt in posses. G-men introduced a dramatic touch to the proceedings when they seized M. F. Braxton, a carpenter, who was waiting to be sworn in one posse. They declined to give information regarding this step other than that Braxton was being questioned.
