EXCLUSION URGED GOVERNMENT'S ATTITUDE CONDEMNED Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright OTTAWA, May 11. (Received May 12, at 1.35 p.m.) . In the House of Commons, Mr A. W. Neill (Independent, British Columbia), in moving a resolution urging the exclusion of Japanese, alleged that the Government’s attitude to the Orient was cowardly. He predicted the downfall of the Japanese and triumph for the new China, which was a potential customer for millions of dollars of Canadian goods. The wisest policy would be to extend full war support to China. I£he Bill was talked out.
