(Received May 10, at 1 p.m.) The secret session of the League Council discussed a compromise formula with the object of admitting the Abyssinians. Eventually a formula was found through Lord Halifax’s efforts, whereby Haile Selassie’s representatives will be allowed to participate in the discussion when the Abyssinian case is taken up. Litvinoff’s arguments. cDwblhFlyemfi-Sr: aaohv vJeDand ?-Sw
