MAJOR ALFRED REITS Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright OTTAWA, May. 7. Missing for four days, the body Major Alfred Betts, a member of the House of Commons, has been recovered. He was fishing alone and fell into the Quebec River. . Major Betts had a distinguished war record. During his'last speech'in the House he criticised the fact that too many officers were included in the contingent which went to the Coronation. [George Ralph Charles Ormsby Gore, the third Baron Harlech, wal . born in 1855. He formerly commanded the Welsh Guards and was Lord-Lien tenant of County Leitrim ane Merionethshire.
