RAVEHSBOURHE CLUB'S MEETING There wan a good attendance of members at the fifty-first annual meeting of the Ravensbourne Rugby Football Club on Monday last, when the president (Mr W. E. Bagley) occupied the chair. Mr Bagley, moving. the adoption of the annual report and balance sheet, stated that he was pleased to see the club in such a good financial position. It was unfortunate that the Second Grade team had to drop out of the competition half-way through the season, but he must congratulate the junior teams on tneir fine showing. „ , The election of officers resulted as follows:—Patron, Mr W. Webber; president, Mr P. Davis; vice-presidents —Messrs W. Connor, J. Robertson, J. Partel, T. Montgomery, E. Montgomery, A. Smith, H. Guthrie, C. Seal, A. Grant, W. George, W. Davidson, W. E. Bagley, I. Robertson, and P. N. Davis; delegate to 0.R.F.U., Mr A. Grant; secretary and treasurer, Mr D. J. Jarvis; delegate to Accident Fund, Mr D. J. Jarvis; committee —Messrs J. Baird, W. Chalmers, C. Baddock, D. Connor, E. Cameron, S. Dee, W. Carter, and C; Boswell; trustees, Messrs J. Partel and W. E. Bagley; auditor, Mr W. A. George; club captain, Mr R. Guthrie; custodian, Mr N. Guthrie: coaches— Messrs M. Rutherford, R. Guthrie, and J. Griffen. . Moving the adoption of .the report and balance sheet of the jubilee, Mr P. Davis commented on the fine report produced by Mr W. Connor, jun., and on the hard work and time devoted to making the jubilee the success it was. , Eight new members were proposed. Opening day was fixed for April z.
