ITALIAN REFERENCE TD GERMANY BELIEVED ALLUSION TO CZECHOSLOVAKIA Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright ROME, March 21. (Received March 22, at 10.55 a.m.) An editorial in the semi-official ‘ La Tribuna ’ says: “ Now that the German border is established on the French side through treaties and on the Italian side despite treaties, Germany has no more territories to claim and no more Germans to emancipate. 1 ' The statement has aroused interest in diplomatic circles in Rome, where it is understood to be directly referring to Czechoslovakia.
