SAILING FOR NEW ZEALAND Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright TOKIO, February 28. (Received March 1, at 10 a.m.) The Consul-General, Mr Gunji, is sailing on the Atsuta Maru on March 17. He said he hoped that New Zealand would reciprocate and send a responsible representative to Japan.
