QUOTA CLAUSE IN BILL Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, February 24. The House of Commons passed the third reading of tiio Films Bill, with the insertion of a clause providing that a quota of film must be made by a person carrying on business in the United Kingdom at a studio within the United Kingdom.
