Mr Malcolm has been drum-major of the band for some years. During the course of the evening the guest of the evening was presented with a nice travelling rug, and the president of the baud and others present extended best wishes for the recipient’s future success at Eltham, to which town Mr Malcolm has been transferred as clerk of court.
