Results of last Saturday’s Hislop Cup matchesSt. Hilda 'beat Porto* hello; Otago beat North-east Valley ; Roslyn beat 0.L.8.A.; Dunedin beat Logan Park. Caversham-Leith and Green Island-Kaikorai did not play. This was the thirteenth and last round of the Hislop Cup matches, but there are quite a .number of back matches still to play. _ ■ • Congratulations to Mesdames Ham* man and M’Connell ■ (Caversham) on winning the Tournament Pairs. Their play was most consistent throughout the tournament. Congratulations also to Mesdames Gardiner and Poland (Green Island) as runners-up. The outstanding game played by the Green' Island pair was against Mrs Austin and Miss Mee, of St. Clair. Mrs Gardiner’s leading was perfect, and Mtft Poland’s play, too, was of high order. " The annual Otago-Southland interprpvinciai match will bo played to* morrow on the association’s green at Logan Park. , The following are the champions of their clubs:—Green Island, Mrs W.
