WELLINGTON ATTITUDE . It is the Wellington Rugby Union’s opinion that the rules of Rugby should 1 be altered as little as possible, and this will be the effect of the union’s repfly to the New Zealand Rugby Union’s circular letter asking for suggestions regarding alterations to the rules. The New Zealand Union is seeking any suggestions from unions in view of the fact that it will be preparing remits for the conference to be neld in South Africa this year*
