GIANT FLYING BOATS PROPOSED Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright MELBOURNE, February 22. (Received February 23, at 8 a.m.)' The Minister of Defence (Mr H. V. Thorby) announced that giant flying boats nearly twice the size of the Centaurus are being designed in England for the transtasman air service.
