GRANTING OF FULL CITIZEN RIGHTS Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright CANBERRA. February 2. (Received February 3, at 8 a.m.) The Federal Ministry is considering the question of conferring full citizen rights on Australian aboriginals who have reached a certain educational status. The plan will be on a parallel with New Zealand legislation.
