BOEVA CONFEDENCE IN JUNE [Per United Press Association.] ’ WELLINGTON, February 8. The next conference of the Inter* national Labour Office is to be held at Geneva on June 2, and nominations to represent • the employers and worker* respectively close with the Labour Department on February 14. The items on the agenda are:—(lV Technical and 1 vocational education and apprenticeship; (2) regulation of contracts of employment of indigenou* workers; (3) regulating the placing and conditions of labour and the .equality of treatment of migrant workers; (4)‘ regulation of the hours of work and rest periods of professional drivers (and their assistants) of vehicles engaged in road transport;- (5) generalisation of the reduction of hours of work.
