A shoot was held on the Dunedin Gun Club’s grounds on Saturday afternoon." In the 11 eye-opener ” match (six birds) the following six competitors registered possibles:—G. E. Turner, S. F. Aburn, J. K. Begg, L. Graham, and L. E. Wilson. .The main match, which was an 18 birds handicap, was won by J. K. Begg, who registered a possible off 12 yards.- G. E. Turner (18yds), R. Bruce (15yds), and I. Styche (11yds) drew for second place with 17 breaks each, the rest of the scores being as follows:—L. E. Wilson (13yds) 16, S. P. Aburn (15yds), 16, R. M‘Donald (22yds) 15, and L. Graham (12yds) 14. The shooting concluded with a 12-bird handicap match, the scores being as follow;—S. P. Aburn 12, G. E. Turner, R. Bruce, H. Fletcher, and I. Styche 11, R. McDonald, J. K. Begg, L. Graham, and L. E, Wilson 10.
