NO CHANGE TO DOMINATE EUROPE [Per United Press Association.] AUCKLAND, November 26. “ It is not true what some statesmen have said, that the Fascist idea is going to conquer Europe,” said M. Jean Giraudous, Minister Plenipotentiary and general inspector of the diplomatic offices for the State Department of Franco, who arrived by the Monterey. He will spend a week in New Zealand, and will then visit Australia. M. Giraudous said there was no wish in France to return to the days of warfare. “ War would not be good for any nation.
