ADMITTED TO AMERICA

CASE OF MADAME FONTANGES CERTAIN RESTRICTIONS IMPOSED Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright NEW YORK. November 24. A Federal judge admitted Madame Fontanges under a bond of 1,000 dollars pending a court hearing of an appeal against the ruling by which she was excluded. Madame Fontanges was ordered not to appear as an actress or public performer, and to refrain from attempting to profit by too alleged love affair with Signor Mussolini. An ironical development is the closing down of the night club which brought Madame Fontanges from France, owing to the more stringent application of the civic regulations.
