DISCOVERIES IN FRANCE POLICE CLEANING UP " HOODED MEN" ORGANISATION Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright PARIS, November 16. (Received November 17, at 11.35 a.m.) After the discovery of further concrete arsenals containing rifles, revolvers, machine-guns, and grenades, the Paris police arrested four Cagoulards, including one of aristocratic birth. The police are carrying out a campaign throughout France to clean up the Cagoulards’ secret arsenals. [A message received on September 17 stated: The police are searching Paris for the headquarters of a secret organisation called Cagoulards (hooded men). They found a large number of machine-guns, hand grenades, and other munitions. The Ministry of the Interior states that the Cagoulards are attached to the Right parties, and have been under the surveillance of the secret police for some time. Four arrests were made and more are likely.]
