BEER PARTY ON COUNTRY-ROAD [Pee United Press Association.] TIMARU, November 16. A beer party ‘‘ on his own ” on a country road on Sunday led to Neil Macpherson,, aged. 49 years, a farm labourer, appearing before Mr H. Morgan, S.M., in the Police Court this morning to answer a charge of being intoxicated while in charge of B motor car. ~ , . , He was fined £ls and his drivers license cancelled till January 1, 1939.
