DISTURBANCE AT CENOTAPH

MENTAL CONDITION OF DEMONSTRATOR

AGAIN CERTIFIED AS LUNATIC Pres* Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, November 14. (Received November 15, at 8 a.m.) 1 Stanley Storey has again been oer* tified as a lunatic. [Storey was the man who burst! through the guards at the Whitehall Cenotaph during the Armistice Day, service and made several wild utterances before being arrested. Giving information on the incident in the House of Commons, Sir Samuel Hoare said that his name was' Stanley Storey, and he was 43 years of age. He was the man who was responsible for the disturbance in the gallery in the House of Commons on January 27, and who was in an asylum from February 4 to September 21, on wheih date he escaped and since had been at large. The man was obviously suffering from de« lusions, and was at present in the Fulham infirmary under observation. No question of criminal proceedings was under consideration. The only question vras whether application should ba made to a magistrate for his recertification as a lunatic. This must depend upon the result of the observations.]
