CALL OK MIDDLE-AGED MEN DEEP SECRECY PREVAILS Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, November 13. The ‘ Daily Telegraph’s ’ Berlin correspondent reports that men born be--1893 and 1900 are being called np for military service. " Middle-aged men as far back as the 1883 class are being called up in East Prussia. Although deep secrecy surrounds her intentions, it is believed that Germany is rapidly building up a formidable reserve, providing two reserve divisions to each of the present 39 active divisions. This will enable the immediate mobilisation of 2,400,000 men, excluding the armoured divisions.
