She will sail on Tuesday •for Wellington and Auckland. Oakbank loft Nauru Island on October 30 for Lyttelton and Ravensbourne. arrived at the former port on November 11, and is expected here tomorrow afternoon. She will sail on Friday for Nauru Island. Silverelm arrived at Auckland on November 4 with a cargo of timber from Bunbury, Western Australia, where she left on October 7. She will also discharge at Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin, and arrived here yesterday morning. She will dock on Tuesday after completion of unloading. Cumberland left Liverpool on September 12 for Auckland, Napier, Wellington, Lyttelton, Port Chalmers, and Timaru. She arrived at Auckland on October 21, and is due here on November 17. Mariposa left Sydney on November 8. and Melbourne on November 12 for San Francisco, where .she is due on November 30 via Auckland, (due Monday), Suva (November 18)., Pago Pago (November 19), Honolulu (November 24), and Los Angeles (November 29). Monterey is to leave Melbourne on December 6 and Sydney on December 10 for Auckland, where she is due on December 13, and San Francisco, where she is expected on December 28 via Suva (December 16), Pago Pago (December 17), Honolulu (December 22), and Los Angeles (December 27). Aorangi is to leave Sydney on November 25 for Auckland, where she is due on November 29, and sails the following day for Vancouver, where she is expected on December 17 via Suva (December 3), Honolulu (December 10), and Victoria, B.C. Mariposa is to leave San Francisco on December 7 for Auckland, where she is due on December 24, Sydney (December 27, sails December 29), and Melbourne (December 31), via Los Angeles (December 8), Honolulu (December 13), Pago Pago (December 18), and Suva (December 21). INTERISLAND EXPRESS. The intcrisland express steamer Rangatira arrived at Lyttelton from Wellington at 6.40 this morning. Passengers and mails for the south connected with the express. THE NAPIER STAR.^ The Napier Star, which is due at Auckland on Monday and at Port Chalmers on December 1. is coming to the agency of the New Zealand Shipping Company. MORE UNION-CASTLE LINERS. The Union-Castle Mail Steamship Company Ltd. has under consideration the building of four more vessels, but the contracts will not, it is understood, ho placed until there is a decrease in the present shipbuilding prices. RANGITATA REPORTS. The New Zealand Shipping Company has received a wireless message from its motor liner Rangitata, en route from London, reporting that she expects to reach Auckland at 2 p.m. next Wednesday. She will later complete discharge at Wellington and Napier. EDWARD F. JOHNSON. The motor tanker Edward F. Johnson left San Francisco on October 31 for Auckland, Wellington, and Dunedin with a cargo of bulk motor spirit for tbe Vacuum Oil Company. She is due at Auckland on November 22 arid at Dunedin on November 28. THE~ PORT HOBART. From New York via Philadelphia and Kingston, the Port Line motor ship Port Hobart is due at Auckland about December 1. She is to complete discharge at Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin, and is then to load Homeward in New Zealand. IN WIRELESS RANGE.
