ARMISTICE DAY INCIDENT * REPORT REQUESTED BY BISHOP © Press Association—By Telegraph-Copyright LONDON, November 12. (Received November 13, at 11.45 a.m.) The Bishop of Fulham has requested a report from Canon Dart explaining the Windsor incident. He said: “ Apparently Canon Dart’s remarks were meant to be private. In view of this I do not expect any action, and comments from mo are unnecessary.”
