Dealings in Brazilian bonds were temporarily suspended after President Vargas’s broadcast that payments of Brazil’s external debt were temporarily ceasing. Other markets were cheerful as the result of better news from the United States. WEEK FINISHES QUIETLY. LONDON, November 12. (Received November 13, at 11.30 a.m.) . The markets finished the week quietly. There were no dealings in Brazilian loans.
