RUGBY, November 12. (Received November 13, at 11 a.m.) An informal and unusual ceremony marked the departure of the King and Queen of Bulgaria from Victoria Station. King Boris’s interest in locomotives is common knowledge and immediately before the Golden Arrow Continental express left for Dover the chairman of the Southern Railway asked King Boris to accept a scale model of The Eton—the best known of the famous Southern railway schools class locomotives.
