King Boris of Bulgaria visited the Prime Minister at the House of Commons, and was shown over the Houses of Parliament. DEPARTURE FROM VICTORIA ’ AN INFORMAL CEREMONY. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, November 12. (Received November 13, at 11 a.m.) An informal and unusual ceremony marked the departure of the King and Queen of Bulgaria from Victoria Station.
