SNEAK-THIEVING IN OAMARU A number of youths, their ages ranging from 14 to 16 years, appeared before Mr H ,\V. Bundle, S.M.. in the Oarnaru Juvenile Court yesterday, charged with stealing dynamo electric lamps from bicycles.
