Long before they are in their teens Russian children are enjoying thrills in the air that would make an average Australian child dizzy. Prom 3,000 or 4,000 towers scattered over tho country, varying in height from 100 to 200 ft, the youngsters grasp horizontal bars attatched to open parachutes and jump into space. Then they graduate to the real thing. Parachute races are a regular week-end sport.
