SUPPLY OF SHELLS AND BOMBS GOVERNMENT INVITES TENDERS Press Association—By —Copyright MELBOURNE, October 9. (Received October 9, at 1 p.m.) Tenders have been' invited by the Federal Government for the supply of five types of shell and bomb bodies, and prospective tenderers have been asked to indicate what assistance they would require in the way of additional plant should their existing facilities be insufficient to enable them to undertake the complete manufacture. The total cost of the supplies is estimated to be £IOO,OOO.
