CRASHES IN BATAVIA FOUR PEOPLE KILLED Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyrighf SINGAPORE, October 8, (Received October 7, at 10 a.m.) The air liner Specht, bound from Batavia 'to Amsterdam, crashed. A passenger named Van Steenburg was killed, as well as three of the crew. One passenger was slightly injured, but the others, including the violinist Bronislaw Hubermann, were not hurt.
