LAND AND INCOME TAX MEASURE [From Our Parliamentary Reporter.] WELLINGTON, October 7. If the Financial Debate in the House of Representatives has not concluded this week it will suffer another interruption on Tuesday in order to deal with a fairly urgent measure, the annual Land and Income Tax Bill. This is required at as early a date as possible, so that the department can prepare its assessments for distribution to taxpayers.
