TORPEDO FOUND ON COAST. VALENCIA, October 6.—The Ministry "I National Defence, in 0 communique, states that a torpedo was found by fishermen on the coast in the vicinity of the attack on the British destroyer Basilisk, and it is likely that it was fired from the submarine. Em lost.” Two doetors were called, but t,he patient lapsed into, unconsciousness, and died the following day. Testifying lit the inquest to-day the husband said that, among other things gathered from scraps left on the kitchen bench by his wife, was an empty bottle that had contained a poison commonly used by gardeners as an insecticide.
