'INDOOR FIREWORKS'

This bright comedy is to be presented on Saturday evening at His Majesty’s by tho Dunedin Free Kindergarten Association, by kind permission of tho Repertory Society, for one night only. Tho cast includes many favourites in the amateur theatrical world, and the frocking and setting will be quite up to repertory standard. Miss Anita Winkel, who takes the part of Chris Barry, wears in, the first act a particularly charming lounge suit in daffodil linen with a contrasting green tie, and later a smart white linen tennis frock with a blue blazer. In the evening scene she wears a black velvet gown patterned in cyclamen tunings. Mrs John Hamer, as Mrs Barry, wears two smart day frocks, one in soft grey crepe and the other in patterned crepe de chine. Miss Margot Garratt, who takes the part of Miss Benbow, wears some attractive frocks, Her first appearance is in a brown tailored suit with hat to tone, and later she wears a honey-coloured print frock with a green picture hat, a white tennis frock patterned in brown and green, and a particularly smart green tailored linen frock. Others in the cast are Mrs Withers as Lady Yore, Miss Mercia Hardman as Eleanor, and Miss Elsie MTeak as the maid.

The men appearing are Roland AVatson, Ernest Moller, Ken. Donaldson, and Stan. Lawson.
