COMPLIMENTARY SING

It is impossible to calculate, the beneficial ministry to the needy of Dunedin of Messrs H. P. Desmoulins, J. Himburg, and A. Pettitt, over the past seven years. They have distributed the germ of good cheer, not only to the thousands who have gathered at the community sing and listeners-in in hospitals and other institutions. Their assistance has been inestimable and their reward only the satisfaction derived from the thought that in the hearts of those whom they have been able to assist has been a kindly thought for them. Recognition of their services to the community will be made next Monday evening at a sing to bo held in the Main Town Hall under the combined leadership of Messrs A. Brown and Squire, of Christchurch, with Misses Muriel Caddie’s Trio, Xgaire \Vis, Mr Arthur M'Donald, and Mr Les. Dunbar assisting.
