(Received Juno 29, at 1 p.m.) The Tokio correspondent of the . ‘ Daily Telegraph ’ says that the conversations which are proceeding in London with a view to arranging Anglo-Japaneso co-operation in China are occupying the chief attention of the nation. Japan is undoubtedly most anxious to join (Britain and possibly the United States in a large loan to China for economic reconstruction. Japanese experts are of the opinion that China needs at least £200,000,000.
