DENSE FOGS IN MELBOURNE.—On 20 days of this month, Melbourne has been shrouded in fogs in which a steamer grounded, motorists became hopelessly lost, and trains and trams became completely disorganised. This is a railway station scene where passengers were unable in many cases even to recognise their trains.
