This dish is full of nutriment and economical, well deserves its place as one of the best hot mid-day meals for children. TREASURE TROVE. Chopped peanuts, half a cup. Hard-cooked eggs, two. Diced cooked potatoes, two cups. Salt, one teaspoon. Flour, two tablespoons. Butter or other fat, two tablespoons. Milk, one and a-half cups. White sauce. Cayenne. Method: Add to white sauce, diced potatoes, coarsely-chopped egg, and chopped peanuts; heat ana serve immediately.
