ROAB SERVICES FRW€M Advice was received from the Automobile Association (Otago), early tbit afternoon to the effect that there were isolated patches of snow on the OutramMiddlemarch road, though the route is passable. , There is also some mow on the Central Otago road between Boxburgh and Alexandra. The surface has frozen but there is no blockage. It is advisable to carry chains on 'botli roads. The surface on the Pig Hoot is frozen, with some snow on the road, and chains are definitely required on it. The weather at Alexandra was clear and fine this morning, and no snow had fallen to-day or yesterday.
