THURSDAY, JUNE 10. (Before Mr J. R. Bartholomew, S.M.) DEFAULT CASES. Judgment for plaintiffs, with costs, was given in tho following cases: —Kia Ora Taxis Ltd. v. A. W. Johnstone, Cs, taxi hire; D.I.C. Ltd. v. Sarah Dobson (Island Cliff, Oamaru), £2 2s 6d, goods supplied. JUDGMENT SUMMONS. Annie Josephine Velenski proceeded against Albert Stone claiming £2 on a judgment summons. The judgment debtor made no appearance, and the magistrate made an order for payment of the full amount, with costs, in default two days' imprisonment.
