THREE REIGNS. —An unusual postal cover which has just arrived in Dunedin. The envelope, which is a souvenir cover commemorating the opening of Dunedin’s new chief post office, posted in England, bears stamps of three British sovereigns, all in current use at the time of posting, these are the I½d Coronation stamp with the likeness of King; George VI. and Queen Elizabeth, the new ½d with, portrait of the present king, the 1d denomination bearing the head of Edward VIII., and. 1s and 3d denominations with the portrait of George V.
