MAGISTRATE’S COURT

TUESDAY, MAY 4. (Before Mr J, 11. Bartholomew, S.M.) UNDEFENDED c'ASES. Judgment (with costs) was given plaintiffs in the following undefended cases:—Hallenstein Bros. Ltd. v. 11. O’Brien on a judgment summons. The judgment debtor was ordered to pay the amount claimed (16s 6d) and costs (7s), in default one day’s imprisonment.
