MAGISTRATE’S COURT
TUESDAY, MAY 4. (Before Mr J, 11. Bartholomew, S.M.) UNDEFENDED c'ASES. Judgment (with costs) was given plaintiffs in the following undefended cases:—Hallenstein Bros. Ltd. v. 11. Thomson (Oamaru), £2 13s 2d, goods; John E. Butler Ltd. v. George Camphell and Co. (Christchurch), £l2 16s 3d, goods. JUDGMENT SUMMONS. Electric and Plumbing Supplies Ltd. proceeded against T. O’Brien on a judgment summons. The judgment debtor was ordered to pay the amount claimed (16s 6d) and costs (7s), in default one day’s imprisonment.
