Hen* Hitler addressed a monster May Day gathering at Lustgarten, the address being broadcast throughout Germany. Ho stressed Germany’s claim to her former colonies, and added that it as impossible to increase wages, as that would increase prices. He denounced the critics of Nazism saying that “ The opponents must bow to us or be broken.” This warning applies to the churches. There was an attendance of 180,000 at a Hitler youth rally at the Olympic Stadium. The Fuhrer uttered a veiled threat to the church by declaring that the Reich would yield the education and training of youth to nobody. He announced that 917,000 10-year-old boys and girls joined the Youth organisation on his birthday last week.
