ACTION TO RESCIND CONTRACT [Per United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, April 30. The evidence having been concluded yesterday afternoon, legal argument was taken in the Supreme Court today in the case in which the Masterton Picture and Entertainment Co. Ltd. proceeded against William Robert Kemball. company director, of Wellington. The company claimed the recission of an alleged agreement between it and the defendant, a director of the company at the time, under which the company took 10,000 £1 shares in the Majestic Theatre (Wellington) Ltd. It also sought the repayment of the £IO,OOO paid, or £IO,OOO damages. Judgment was reserved.
