April 29. (Received April 30, at 11 a.m.) The Public Prosecutor, referring to Vernon’s stay at Montreal at tho same time as Kassel, said that when a man named Marty, with whom they were connected, was killed the body was disposed of in the same manner as Kassel’s was.
