SUMMONSES AGAINST SHOTFIRERB DISMISSED BY MAGISTRATES. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright • LONDON, April 26. (Received April 27, at 10 a.m.) The Wrexham magistrates dismissed 31 summonses which alleged'disregard of the safety regulations by shotfirers at Gresford, holding that the evidence did not prove the accused guilty of noncompliance with the law at the time of the accident. Ten summonses remain against the company.
