(Received April 22, at 12.45 p.m.) The ‘ Daily Telegraph’s ’ Berlin correspondent says the Reich League for Physical Exercises, which controls all sporting activities in Germany, has decreed that all members of tennis clubs, from Davis Cup contestants to “ rabbits,” must submit to the ordeal of public examination in the Nazi philosophy before May 3. Nobody who fails to pass will be permitted to participate in any tournament, irrespective of playing skill.
