YOUTHFUL MOTOR CYCLE OFFENDERS NEW CONDITIONS OF PROBATION [Per United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, April 22. Mr Mosely, S.M., to-day made an order admitting to probation for three mouths two youthful motor cyclists who were charged with dangerous riding on the Hutt road, with the special condition that they report to the probation officer once a week for four consecutive weeks, at such hour and date as may be fixed by him, for the purpose of being taught road courtesy and generally how to drive, having regard to the safety of the public, by such officer as might be appointed by the Wellington City Council or by the Transport Department. He warned the defendants that a breach of the conditions of probation would render them liable to three months with hard labour.
