EXCHANGE OF DEFENCE INFORMATION STEP TOWARDS ARMAMENT REDUCTION. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright OSLO, April 19. (Received April 20, at 10.30 a.m.) M. Kobt (Foreign Minister) announced that an agreement had been reached under which Scandinavian countries will exchange information about defence programmes, the intention being to create a nucleus of nations who really desire reduction in armaments.
